First time here and will definitely be back! Food is fresh and made to order and you get more food than you can eat. I got a double bacon burger that I could not get my mouth around and it weighed 1 1/2 pounds! Also a cup of ice cream is a 16 ounce cup!
Stopped in for a quick bit while traveling thru town. Very nice Family Owned location. Sign says owned since 1978. Burger was very good, very good service and comfy seating. A bit of the good old way of doing things and service!
as soon as I walked in I loved the diner family vibe as you can see all over their restaurant they are very proud to have been around 40 years, and let's be honest everyone would be proud to. Got the cheeseburger combo, and when I saw it I was skeptical due to the size of the burgers and fries, but after tasting them you could tell everything was made in house I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.
It's been a while since I've eaten here, and it's still one of the best burger joints in Lubbock. Burgers are served quickly with plenty of meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables. And so juicy! Oh yeah, the tater tots are great, too.
This place has really good burgers. They also have green chilis and will make a green chili burger that they should put on the menu (hint hint). Tots were cooked perfectly . A friend told me about this place and I wish I had visited sooner.
Delicious food,good service I like their chilli cheese burgers and the fries also the tea but every time we dine in there's too many flies making it unpleasant to dine in at Tommy's but it's nostalgic I hope you can control the flies from coming in
As always Tommy's delivers mouthgasmicly tasting food. The Biscuits and Gravy here are above and beyond. Serving size is HUGE!! I made 2 meals out of mine. The price is less than average. No you won't see this item on the menu trust me though, you definitely want to try these!!!
This is a Lubbock institution. Such good and soul filling food! Their burgers are so good, but go for the Super Burger. It's a little messy but it'll have your eyes rolling back in your head
